By purchasing a commission, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.YCH commissions follow the same Terms.

GENERAL
Commission Refusal
I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, including but not limited to:· Requests outside my skill set.
· Subjects or characters I am not comfortable drawing.
· Requests that conflict with my personal preferences or values.
· If communication becomes disrespectful, abusive, or makes me feel uncomfortable.If you're unsure whether your idea is something I accept, feel free to ask before ordering.Queue
Commissions are completed in queue order unless a priority fee has been purchased.Estimated completion times range from a few days to several weeks depending on workload and complexity.Unexpected delays due to health, technical issues, or personal circumstances may occur. If this happens, I will keep you informed.Communication
Please send all references, visual material, and written instructions before I begin.Important information spread across multiple conversations can easily be missed. Significant changes after approval may require an additional fee.If I do not receive a response from you for more than 3 weeks without prior notice, I may cancel the commission without a refund and reuse or repurpose the unfinished artwork.____________________PAYMENT & PROCESS
Payment
Payment is processed through Paypal Invoice.Full payment is required before I begin working unless otherwise agreed.Additional characters, complex props, detailed backgrounds, or other extras are priced separately.Rush orders or commissions with strict deadlines are available for an additional fee.Work Process
You will receive a sketch for approval before rendering begins.At this stage, you may request reasonable revisions free of charge.I may make minor artistic adjustments to colors, markings, lighting, or composition to improve the final illustration while keeping your character recognizable and preserving all important design elements.If an approved sketch needs to be completely redrawn because of changes requested by the commissioner, an additional fee may apply.Unused or rejected sketches remain my property and may be modified, reused, or repurposed.Final artwork is delivered as a high-resolution PNG. Source files (PSD, CSP, etc.) are not included unless previously agreed.____________________REVISION & REFUNDS
Minor corrections are always free if I accidentally miss details that were clearly shown in your provided references.Once the artwork has been completed, additional edits cost $5 per minor change.Due to the nature of digital artwork, refunds are not available once work has started.If I must cancel your commission before beginning, you will receive a full refund.____________________USAGE RIGHTS
I retain full copyright to every commissioned artwork.Personal commissions include personal-use rights only.You may:
· Post the artwork on your own pages.
· Use it as an icon, banner, wallpaper, or for other personal purposes.
· Print it for personal use.Please provide visible credit with a link to one of my pages whenever possible.You may not:
· Claim the artwork as your own.
Remove my signature without permission.
· Edit, trace or heavily modify the artwork.
· You may not use my artwork for AI training, image generation, machine learning datasets, or similar technologies under any circumstances.
· Use the artwork commercially unless a commercial license has been purchased.
· My artwork may not be used for NFTs, blockchain projects, or cryptocurrency-related purposes.Commercial usage (merchandise, branding, advertising, monetized content, etc.) requires a separate agreement and additional fees.I reserve the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio, galleries, social media, commission samples, or promotional material unless a private commission has been agreed upon beforehand.Fraudulent chargebacks will immediately revoke all usage rights to the artwork. Future commissions will also be refused.____________________ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
By commissioning NSFW artwork, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you have reached the legal age of majority in your country.By commissioning me, you also confirm that you own the character or have permission from the owner to commission artwork of them.English is not my first language, so I appreciate clear and straightforward communication.
